Workshop on Confidence Building and Communication skills
A workshop was conducted on "Workshop on Confidence Building and Communication skills". This workshop was conducted by Mrs. Vasudha Deshpande-Korde. It was for limited participants (around 20). The objective of workshop was to help candidates about things aaprehending them to gain confidence. What should they do about those things.
It was an interactive workshop. Slideshows, videos were presented followed by discussions. Few questionnaires which will make people think about themselves were also presented to candidates. Activities to build self efficacy, goal setting were planned and carried out during this workshop.
Regarding communication skills guidance was provided on how one should talk face to face, how one should listen, telephonic conversation and public speaking. Candidates were taught using roleplay techniques during this session.
