None of us can bypass it.\u00a0 We experience it in our daily life while, working, studying and while performing any silly task. Even a child talk about it.\u00a0 And each one of us just wants to get rid of it. Wait..\u00a0Is\u00a0it possible to get rid of stress? What is the meaning of stress?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-blogger-escaped-style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>As defined in the dictionary, &#8220;Stress is pressure.<span data-blogger-escaped-style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: #41484d;\" data-blogger-escaped-style=\"color: #41484d;\"><b>\u00a0<\/b>It is\u00a0<\/span>defined as a state of psychological and physiological imbalance resulting from the disparity between situational demands and the individual&#8217;s ability to meet those needs.&#8221;\u00a0 We experience it whenever we need to leave our comfort zone. One might think, &#8216;is it important to leave our comfort zone?\u00a0 If we don&#8217;t leave it, we\u00a0 can stay happy forever, Can&#8217;t we?&#8217;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<div><span data-blogger-escaped-style=\"background-color: white;\">\u00a0It motivates us to achieve something.\u00a0In short, it is an inevitable part of our life.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span data-blogger-escaped-style=\"background-color: white;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<h4><span data-blogger-escaped-style=\"background-color: white;\"><b>Positive points about stress-<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div data-blogger-escaped-style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><span data-blogger-escaped-style=\"text-align: left;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span data-blogger-escaped-style=\"text-align: left;\">Stress keeps us\u00a0<\/span>moving<span data-blogger-escaped-style=\"text-align: left;\">. It helps us to achieve and helps us to use our potential. We have progressed so much as a human being is only because we had stress.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>However, excessive stress is always dangerous for life. It&#8217;s like running our car with its\u00a0 topmost speed. It might cause an accident. It\u00a0always\u00a0has ill-effects on our body and mind.<\/p>\n<p><span data-blogger-escaped-style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: #41484d;\" data-blogger-escaped-style=\"color: #41484d;\">We cannot get rid of it, but we can manage it.<b>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><span data-blogger-escaped-style=\"text-align: left;\">There are seminars, talks and workshops on this topic. One can easily talk for hours on this topic.\u00a0 However, it is quite difficult to apply.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Stress Management-<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div data-blogger-escaped-style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>While managing stress we must first understand and accept what is exactly\u00a0stressful for us. These stressful events can be noted down. Most of the times, we face stress because there is less time in our hands. We can manage our time. If we make it a habit our stress is automatically managed.<\/p>\n<p>If we note down the stressful situations, we realize that actually, the situation is not stressful, but how we react to it creates stress. So, before reacting we can always buy some time by deep breathing, keeping our head cool, calming down ourselves.<\/p>\n<p>We can manage our time and resources effectively. We can set the priorities and work on it.<\/p>\n<p>Remember, most of the times we can have control over the situation.
